Supplier Chain Management

We provide supply chain management services for foreign buyers in China and Asia, targeting both large and small foreign buyers. Our company has extensive project experience from scratch, with our own industrial design team and independent logistics department.

Original supply chain factory

Standardize order management, streamline processes, manage order delivery times, etc., ensure the quality and delivery time of orders, and control subsequent after-sales processes.

Set up sample confirmation process and provide sample inspection report

Find a new backup factory

Provide sourcing services for products, with at least three alternative suppliers for each product, and issue a formal report

Factory inspection

Third party factory inspection (new supplier)

Company compliance inspection

Provide a company compliance inspection report before cooperating with a new supplier. This inspection needs to be completed before cooperating with the factory

Contract Services

Signed contract(Both in chniese and English)-Supply Agreement 、NDA service

Inspection Service

Provide third-party inspection services. If the inspection fails, communicate with the factory for a solution and provide re inspection services

Logistics arrangement

Recommend suitable logistics services and assist in arranging container and consolidation services

Factory visit

Arrange customer visit itinerary, including clothing, food, housing, and transportation starting from landing in China, and accompany them to visit factories together
