As a business we pride ourselves on establishing long term business relationships with our clients. We also realise some clients are not in a position to commit to a full time service or have specific one of projects that they want us to assist on. All of this can be done. Below highlights some of our other bespoke options.

Company Vetting and Audit Authenticity Checks

Prior to agreeing to working with a supplier in China it is always recommended to run effective checks to make sure the factory is who they say they are and have the correct licenses in place to operate legally within China. Furthermore if they are offering to give an Coc/Ethical audits it is always worthwhile having these checked for there authenticity, the same goes for product specification certificates.

Preparing and Assisting in company audits

We have in-depth experience in working with factories to get them to pass audits carried out by SGS,Intertek, BSCI, Sedex and BV. If you are looking to have a factory audited we have partnerships in place with the major third party auditors and can assist on this. If the factory fails we have substantial experience in assisting with getting the factory up to a level whereby they can pass the audit.

Fully Managed Inspections

Most of our clients run a full inspection to AQL II standard prior to any goods are shipped. We offer a fixed man day inspection price and also include the follow up service to rectify any issues that arise from the inspection. Although this can delay the shipment it saves significant amounts of time in the long run and prevents our clients form getting sub-standard goods arriving.

One off Management

We have some clients who only require on off management services or once a year services – this is especially relevant for the acquisition of custom machinery etc. Please call if you have these requirements and we can discuss to offer the best solution for you.

Brand Registration and IP protection

We offer a full service to get your brand and IP protected within China. This can be a lengthy process but worthwhile in the long run. We can assist in making sure your your brand can be registered within China.

Non-Disclosure Agreements

Due to the nature of some of clients products it is imperative to get a legally binding NDA in place prior to starting any relationships with factories. We can set these legally binding agreements up for you so your idea and product is protected.

Company Set Up and Registration

We can assist in setting up sister companies for our clients in HK, this includes company registration, bank account set up and all the relevant accountancy documents.

Other Fairs & Factory Visits

Although the canton fair is the largest fair in China we do take clients to other fairs within China. To organise this yourself can be costly and time consuming – we can put together cost effective escorted trips to fairs together allowing you to maximise your time whilst in China. Similar to fairs we can assist in escorted visits to your existing factories, we will take care of everything from your VISA, Letter of Invitation, Travel within China, Hotels and provide an account manager to assist in negotiations with your factories if required.
